Each guest receives (2) drink tickets good for beer or wine (Swig Trailer), or speciality drinks (Cerulean Blue Treat Truck)

• • • Sip + Savor Refueling Station – grab delicious food inside the Hanger
    • Check out the Cool Cars on display
    • “Pit Stop Pics” Photo Booth (inside the Hanger)
    • Yard Games – play Corn hole, Granny Pants, Tic-Tac-Toe
    • Roadside Stories – meet some of the widows and kids we serve
    • Funny Farms Hat Co. – receive a “Living a Great Story” trucker hat with each $100 donation
    • Garage Gallery – score car-themed wall art with each $100 donation
    • Take pictures with a classic car at the vintage replica Texaco station
    • Specialty drinks from the Cerulean Blue Treat Truck
    • Adult beverages from the Swig Trailer
    • LIVE music by singer/songwriter, Doug Burr on the Grandstand Stage
    • The Haven blueprints on display with Strong Group Construction 

7:30 PM – Welcome

• • All guests gather inside the Hanger
  • Introduction by George Dunham, from 1310 The Ticket sharing purpose of the evening
  • Natalie Reid-Knutson shares background of Broken Halos Haven
  • Inspirational Video: Widow Stephanie and Widow Korie (3 min)
  • Kjell Knutson explains vision/mission for building The Haven
  • Thank you to supporters/sponsors
  • Introduce the campaign and fundraising goal
  • Guests can give using QR codes on table, screen, or pledge cards
  • Fuel the Mission Gauge (fills throughout the evening as LIVE donations come in)

8 PM – Celebration

• • Dessert station opens
  • The Bird Dogs perform on the Grandstand Stage
  • Continue mingling, visiting Pit Stops, donating via QR codes, etc.

9 PM – Announcement of preliminary fundraising total
