**Five years ago, on August 14, 2021, Broken Halos Haven began with one simple mission, to ensure that no young widow or grieving child has to walk through loss alone.**

Countless families have found hope, healing, and a community that understands. Now, we’re ready for the next mile!

Join us for “Fuel the Mission,” a racing-inspired evening celebrating FIVE incredible years, while also raising funds to build our second facility, The Haven, where North Texas grieving families will gather, connect, and create lasting memories together.

What to expect: You’ll cruise through an interactive evening with themed pit stops, enjoy delicious light bites from Sip + Savor, listen to live music, check out the custom trucker hats from Funny Farm Hat Co., and take in meaningful moments that celebrate the impact we’ve made together; plus you’ll have an opportunity to give towards the Fuel the Mission fund to help build The Haven in Old Town Lewisville.

Who will be there: Popular broadcast veteran and radio personality, George Dunham, from 1310 The Ticket, will be the emcee. His band, The Bird Dogs, will provide live entertainment, along with singer/songwriter, Doug Burr.

What to wear: “Black-Shorts” Attire (i.e. it’s August in Texas…let’s be cool & comfortable. No need for tuxes and gowns!)

Iron Horse Stables is a gorgeous, 13-acre property (formerly an airstrip!) that now features this replica Texaco station, along with a massive man cave, car showroom, and event space. You’re going to LOVE it!
